Fistula First Catheter (FF/CL) Data

With the release of CROWNWeb on June 14th, 2012, the Fisulta First Catheter Last (FF/CL) Workgroup Coalition is working with CMS and their contractors to develop a new CROWNWeb Fistula First Outcomes Dashboard and other supporting FF/CL reports. These reports using CROWNWeb data will be available on the Fistula First website upon successful completion of data collection in CROWNWeb.
