Eighteen ESRD Networks support the Federal Government in assuring
appropriate care for patients who receive kidney replacement treatment
through dialysis facilities certified by Medicare. Individual Network
regions are illustrated on the map, and each link will take you to that
Network’s website. Most have sections devoted to AV Fistula First, including
their own regional projects that contain additional information and
resources for patients and professional staff.
